In addition, at NetCertLabs, we specialize focus on the CCNA, CCNP, CCNA Voice, and CCVP Labs.  We offer a limited number of labs because there are a limited number of paths that lead you to each Cisco Certification.  For example, we have one CCNA Voice Lab because there is one CCNA Voice Certification path.  Many sellers offer different types of labs with different options, however, there is only one testing path, what is on those tests does not change, therefore neither should the gear and training that you buy. 

The only real options dealing with purchasing labs may be in the budget.  If you have a limited budget, you may choose to scale down your lab to a CCNA lite or you may want to buy a larger lab, like The Rack, that allows for multiple Cisco Certifications if you plan to get your CCNA, CCNP, and CCNA Voice.
